This summer of 2007 I went to an alumni rugby event at my alma mater. As I hadn’t been back for almost 20 years it was both outstanding to see those who made it, and a huge disappointment in not reconnecting with mates who couldn’t get there.
Fast forward to September 26, 2007 when one of those mates suddenly passed away. A true warrior both on and off the pitch, our mate Dale was. And he is the reason I’ve created this site.
To honor Dale Jensen I’ve set up a section for the Ruggers, Huggers, Coaches, Sponsors and friends of La Crosse, Wisconsin rugby clubs. Under that section will be letters of remembrance, goodbyes, & photos, audio or video which have already been, or may be, posted by family, friends & teammates.
Posting is easy just get to the comment box and get to typing. If you have any problem, or wish to ad more elaborate content, just shoot me an email. Your first comment must be reviewed before going up, once approved you will be upgraded to author and no wait will be required to post a comment.

I’ve had a couple of requests to make people a site like this for personal or business use. So for those who find us from this site I’ll get you a URL (unless you already have one you want to use), host it, build the blog, teach you how to add content, edit & administer it for $8 a month (if you want it for a business add a $50 set up and search engine optimization fee).
